My New Todos Santos Book Has Just Been Published

Jan 12, 2025

I hope you had a happy holiday and welcome to 2025! As I said last year, I would be writing and publishing a new series of travel books called, "Immersive Travel Guides," and my first one on Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico will be published today, so I hope you'll use the button below to purchase a paperback or ebook copy.

The books in this series will focus on small towns in global locations that are off the beaten track and will be the base for your travel. You will immerse yourself in the community and feel like it’s your home-away-from-home. You will also be able to visit several surrounding towns in the local area that are an hour or so away.

These will not be your typical travel guides where you spend a few nights and move on. These books are a doorway to living as much as you can like a local, and focusing your time in a specific area to get to know it well.

The title of this first book is Todos Santos Immersive Travel Guide: Including El Pescadero, La Paz, and San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

If you haven’t been to Todos Santos, I would highly recommend it. It's only a 2.5 hour non-stop flight from San Francisco or LA, and there are direct flights from 30 US cities to this international airport San Jose del Cabo (SJD).

We just returned from our second trip this year and it was one of our best trips ever. Todos Santos is a beautiful, green oasis in the middle of the desert with groves of palms, mangoes, papayas and avocados. It’s a haven for artists, surfers, hikers and people who like great food, farm to table, and friendly local people.

It’s known as a “Pueblo Magico” or magic town, for its cultural significance and the charm of its many shops, galleries and historical buildings.

I hope you enjoy my new direction of travel writing and publishing, and my new book on Todos Santos. Please leave me a review on Amazon and let me know your thoughts.

I also hope you will look forward to my next book later this year, which will be focused on an out-of-the way location in Europe.

Have a Happy New Year, and enjoy armchair traveling until you’re ready to step on a plane.

Thanks, and best seasonal wishes,

Andrea
